About Patriot Property Services!

My name is Brock and I grew up right here in Lancaster County. My journey into property services started in my younger days building a broad skillset: operating a chainsaw and brushhog at 9 to demo and renovation in my high school years. I continued to expand my skills by  starting a tree service in 2018. In 2019, my wife and I completed our first renovation- an 1860's Amish schoolhouse that was our home (pictured to the right).

In 2020, we moved to Western Montana where we took on the largest project to date. A full, down to the studs, home renovation of a 2600sqft house, 2 car detached garage, a barn, and plenty of hardscaping.  While this project was ongoing, I was working as an Area Operations Manager for a nationwide home renovation company, overseeing 7 territories from Bismarck, ND to Seattle, WA.

I enjoy the process of transforming a space into one that is cleaner and more efficient. Working with clients to create a space that makes a house feel more like a home is what motivates me. I look forward to hearing from you and helping in a small way to create a space you can enjoy for years to come!
